The EzyGuard 4 system offers top-tier road safety with its crash-tested performance, meeting both MASH TL3 and NCHRP-350 TL4 standards. It effectively withstands impacts from an 8000kg truck traveling at 80km/h and 15 degrees.

This cutting-edge guardrail system excels in occupant protection by applying lower forces to the impacting vehicle compared to traditional barriers. The design features yielding posts and tensile forces on the W-Beam to absorb impact energy, while its lightweight, ductile Z-posts reduce ride-down deceleration forces, enhancing safety for vehicle occupants.

With a compact width of just 200mm, the EzyGuard 4 is significantly narrower than conventional guardrails, optimizing road space and allowing for a larger recovery area for errant vehicles. Its streamlined design also supports rapid installation, requiring only 875mm of post to be driven into the ground without the need for concrete.
