Ezy-Guard HC meets rigorous MASH and AS/NZS 3845.1:2015 standards. MASH TL4 testing represents a 58% increase in impact energy over the previous NCHRP-350 TL4 standards. It withstands impacts from:

• 1,100kg car at 100km/h and 25 degrees • 2,270kg pick-up at 100km/h and 25 degrees • 10,000kg truck at 90km/h and 15 degrees

The Z-post profile enhances safety by shielding post edges and offers exceptional strength. Its compact 245mm footprint, significantly smaller than the 585mm Modified Thrie-Beam, provides flexibility for road designers.

Featuring the Ezy-HC-Carriage, this system simplifies installation by securing Thrie-beam rails without additional blocking or stiffening plates, delivering a smooth ride-down and efficient vehicle containment.
